Audiovox Digital signal adapter allows you to use MediaBridge in select bmw cars

If you drive a BMW with a digital amp, you'll need this Audiovox A-ACC-BMW-DSP adapter to use your BMW MediaBridge with your vehicle's DSP system. The adapter clips into the MediaBridge harness and converts the analog signal to digital, so all your new sound sources can communicate with your factory radio. Warranty: 1 year.

Note: DSP was only an option on some BMW 5-Series, 7-Series, X5, Z4, and X3 vehicles. To confirm that the vehicle has DSP, look for a bare metal coaxial cable and a 3-pin connector.
