This head unit fitting kit includes:

This fitting kit is supplied with a fascia adapter panel suitable for a single or double din aftermarket radio. The fascia adapter allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape and style of the original radio. Use the supplied pocket with the fascia adapter to fit a single din radio, or remove the pocket and use the fascia trim only to fit a double din aftermarket radio. For double din installation the fascia takes a 113mm high cage, this is the size of cages supplied with all major brand head unit manufacturers.

An ISO and mini ISO to ISO adapter cable with CANbus ignition is supplied in the kit. This cable adapts from the original connectors in the car, ISO and a mini ISO connector, to standard aftermarket connectors for the new stereo, known as ISO connectors. The CANbus ignition interface generates a key present ignition supply to the new stereo, this means the stereo will turn on with the first click of the key and stay on until the key is removed from the ignition barrel. This interface is built into the Quadlock to ISO harness adapter so installation is plug and play.

The plug and play ISO cable also has a built in high to low level adapter for the amplified speakers. The adapter allows the new stereo to work with the original amplifier which drives either all the speakers in the car and the subwoofer, or the rear speakers and the subwoofer. The high to low level adapter gives a much cleaner audio signal to the amplifier compared to using line output phono leads.

An ISO to DIN antenna adapter is included in the kit. This adapts from the original style antenna connectors in the car, known as an ISO antenna connector, to a standard aftermarket connector for the new stereo, known as a DIN antenna connector.
