Front lower grill

This grille has been designed to give both an enhanced style to the

front of the vehicle while at the same time giving full protection to

the cooling systems from ingress of road debris.

The towing eyes are hidden behind the grille, but in the event that

they are needed the grille can be removed easily, without special tools,

to gain access for towing ropes etc.

The grille is completed with an EPDM surround to provide for easy

alignment in fitting, and a flush finish around the entire aperture of

the grille.

Every item is individually developed by Zunsport using unique prototyping

techniques, specifically for the vehicle model to which it is to be

fitted. All Zunsport car grilles have the following characteristics:

integrate with the original style of the car

components and systems (e.g. bonnet release mechanisms and towing eyes)

Ease of fitment – Zunsport are proud of our innovative fitting

systems. In most cases the Zunsport car grille will install without the

need for drilling of body panels. This has the added advantage of a zero

damage situation to existing paintwork during installation. In many

cases no tools are needed to fit a Zunsport Car Grille to your vehicle.

Zunsport Grilles are made from 316L Stainless Steel. They are not coated

but are electro polished to provide a long lasting bright finish.

Washing your grilles at the same time as washing your car is the only

maintenance required, and because there is no coating there is nothing

to flake, or chip.

Zunsport fitting instructions and all fitment clips and brackets are

included with each Zunsport grille. Zunsport are committed to make fitting of
