Product Description
A replacement turbo actuator for the MK2 Ford Focus RS. This actuator, using a range of available springs this actuator can be tuned to suit your requirements.
Unless an alternative spcification is requested, this product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring upon request. Please contact us directly concerning this process.
Whilst this product is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket.
Diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals.
Unique to Forge Motorsport this innovation offers equal performance to the diaphragm type and low maintenance due to the hard wearing nature of piston sealed valve internals
Forge Motorsport nor any of it’s authorised distributors can assume any responsibility for any adverse effects resulting from the installation and tuning of this product onto a vehicle whose engine-management-system, whether factory or aftermarket, is not capable of allowing for the desired level of adjustment.
While Forge Motorsport is happy to supply you with an actuator capable of holding boost beyond that of your factory unit we are in no way capable of knowing nor suggesting that your vehicle's engine or related systems are capable of supporting or surviving the stresses of such elevated boost pressure.

Delivery
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.All of our items for mainland UK addresses are either sent using Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. If the item is coming direct from a supplier then the courier or delivery method may vary.Please note - For items where the address is not classed as "mainland" for courier delivery (such as BT, IV, HS, high AB numbers, Channel Islands etc) then we reserve the right to charge extra carriage costs due to the increased cost to ourselves.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us if they are simply no longer required or ordered incorrectly. We give a 1 year warranty on all goods unless otherwise stated - such as ex-demo item which may only have 3 or 6 month warranties.Please note that whilst a lot of our items have 'free' postage, this does not mean that it doesn't cost us money to send the items to you. Therefore we reserve the right that if you have ordered the item incorrectly or no longer want the item we will at our discretion minus the following amounts (based on normal mainland UK addresses, non mainland and non UK maybe more) : Items sent by Post - ã3.95 Items sent by Recorded Post - ã4.95 Items sent by courier 1kg to 10kg - ã9.95 Items sent by courier OVER 10kg - ã11.95Item MUST be returned exactly as they were sent to you, we cannot accept items back if you have fitted or attempted to fit the item, this is especially the case for wheel spacers, suspension, car lighting, speakers and subwoofers, as they can no longer be resold as new to another buyer.We do not offer a try before you buy service on items, therefore it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is fit for purpose before attempting to use / fit the item.
